Little update about an old friend

Jay Pandalfo has been a constant at skating sessions in Boston thru the last 4 months. Hopes to hook on w/an NHL team or retire if he doesnt

I don't care if our depth up front is pure garbage... Lou better not bring him back.

This honestly doesn't surprise me. I remember in college I had friends that lived a few minutes away from college and instead of using the dorm washer and dryers for their clothes they would go home and have their parents do their laundry because they didn't know how. Always boggled my mind, especially since I was in engineering. It isn't rocket science. Insert clothes, insert laundry detergent, turn selector switch, press start.

We had a top-4 defenseman injured and still whopped that ass. Stop it.

One of the biggest WTF firings in a long time, or at least since Lou canned Julien lol. Not so much that he got canned but why not do it in the regular offseason?

There has to be more to his firing that we will hear eventually

Like Julien losing the team and pucks being shot at him during practice

Lol. Now once the shock wears off we get to enjoy Toronto fans going from "Burke is absolutely God himself in human form, as evidenced by his awesome GMing from his previous teams!" to "We always knew Burke sucked and he was the only thing keeping us from going undefeated every year. Now he's gone. Undefeated for the rest of eternity here... we... go!"

Watch him be Lou's successor. I think Lou quits after this year. The man is 70 years old

I thought nothing could ever make me stop being a Devils fan. Brian Burke as GM could be the thing (although I don't believe it would happen).

He won't be out of work long, but he will be out of work for the next 4+ months. Someone will give him a job in the summer.

Unfortunately for us north of the border, he's going to end up on TSN or HNIC all season.

This needed to change, cause the original $2500 penalty was laughable.

Renaud Lavoie ‏@RenLavoieRDS
Player who will be fine will pay a maximum of $10 000 for the first one and $15 000 for the 2nd.
