Curious if Othmann can get these type of crisp setup passes through an NHL caliber PK. If Zib or Panarin are receiving these setups, they are scoring. He's fast and accurate. Berard just can't handle these passes.

Edstrom clearly the best player on the ice for the Rangers. He's also one of the oldest and has man strength.

I think Mancini's looked very good. The Flyers announcers have praised him. This is like game 20-something in a pro setting for him and he's doing fine.

Sykora's been fine and noticeable.

Othmann on the PP is great, even strength not so much.

Chlemar had one or two good rushes.

It's literally the first game of rookie season so I wouldn't get too worried over occasional mishaps.

Mancini or however you spell looks like a great skater

agree, haven't caught the whole game so not sure how he's played overall but in terms of his mobility on and off the puck he's been very noticeable. has shown some impressive quickness and strength closing on puck carriers and separating them from it as well as smooth lateral movement with the puck in the zone.

not sure where he's at in terms of decision making positionally and moving the puck, but if he can show consistency in being reliable defensively...the skillset is there to be an nhl option.
