The Jets have the fewest rushing yards per game in the NFL. They have the 3rd fewest yards per attempt.
That's not going into how RBs aren't expensive, either in FA or in the draft.
That's not excellent offensive weapons. That's one weapon, and two backs who may be good behind a good run blocking line, but clearly aren't difference makers.
how so?Rodgers is the most overrated QB of all time
Alright, I have had the unfortunate displeasure of watching two Jets games this season. Their running game was atrocious. What now? Should I go and check out the Broncos game to be blown away by their tremendous duo? That’s why you have to actually watch the games instead of just looking at the stat sheet, my friend.
Hall and Allen are a tremendous duo at RB.
Yeah, I don't think he's overrated at all. I do think he's arrogant jackass and that may cause fans to underrate him in the future if it hasn't already.how so?
he's definitely not as overrated as guys like elway or aikman
We already know that we can just disregard your opinion about quarterbacks given your arguments in the past.Rodgers is fairly overrated
Doesn't mean he isn't a HOF, etc but the reality is like Favre his legacy contains alot of him "Failing or disappointing" but people refuse to acknowledge his failings and blame everyone but him
Now that Favre isn't in good graces now people finally point out him being overrated and his failings. Maybe someday same will happen with Rodgers
Friendly reminder that Adam Gase was not fired in season.
Is there any NFL organization more dysfunctional than the J-E-T-S JETS?
Panthers and Browns might be close.

Not overrated based on his talent. Based on expectations given his talent, he's under delivered. Too many home PO losses. Plus in later years, he doesn't appear to want to put in the effort in the off-season to improve his and the team's chances of winning by building up the rapport with the WR group.Yeah, I don't think he's overrated at all. Breece Hall could have very easily won offensive rookie of the year over Wilson if not for his ACL injury. You’re miles off base. And they have talent on the O-line with Vera-Tucker and Fashanu, as well as their vets. The Jets have the fewest rushing yards per game in the NFL. They have the 3rd fewest yards per attempt.

rodgers isnt overrated anymore. everyone in the media has spent the whole day shitting on him. he’s completely destroyed his reputation at this pointRodgers is fairly overrated

Breece Hall wasn't consistently a great runner last year. This year he's dreadful. Could be the scheme. Could be the O-line. Could be him. Might be a mix of all three. But let's say Breece Hall is fantastic. Cool. You've got him for another year if you become the Jets head coach next year. Then you're probably not extending a running back past year 4, because people just don't.Breece Hall could have very easily won offensive rookie of the year over Wilson if not for his ACL injury. You’re miles off base. And they have talent on the O-line with Vera-Tucker and Fashanu, as well as their vets.
The problem is their schemes are terrible and that’s on Hackett. They have Breece Hall running up the middle where admittedly they’ve gotten very little win from their line, and then bouncing Braelon Allen outside when it should be the exact opposite. They had a 1st and goal at like the two against Denver and ran Hall twice into the teeth of the Broncos goal line defense. Hackett needs to be lobotomized, but there are things to work with on that side of the ball.
not really all on him though. his playoff numbers are insanely goodNot overrated based on his talent. Based on expectations given his talent, he's under delivered. Too many home PO losses. Keeping Hackett, especially with the rumors that Saleh was going to fire him and the owner meeting with Rodgers the day before, is a much bigger issue than firing Saleh, IMO. Regardless of WHY the Jets kept losing these past seasons, I think it's difficult to keep the team motivated when they go through this much winning. Doesn't sound like Saleh was the guy to do that, either.Rodgers might have had a hand in Saleh getting fired, or maybe he didn't, but either way Saleh didn't really do that much to keep his job either, he had the lowest winning % of any Jets coach to be in charge for at least 40 games and 3rd worst of anyone ove 15 games behind Gase and Kotite, they didn't exactly fire Don Shula.
