Even though they got their ass beat they’re still 2-1 with a chance to be 4-1 or 3-2 after five games with Philly and Chicago the next two weeks. The OL is a mess but we already knew that. Going to be a week to week adventure with this team. Some weeks they’ll probably look pretty good, some weeks they’ll be the bug on the windshield.

They fall to 2-2 next week but rebound 3-2 over an awful Bears team. And I'll take that.

This got me wondering how many Jets games they scheduled in prime time due to Rodgers that are now zombie Zach Wilson games.

A: 5 total at least, with 4 more to go and a TBD for the final game of the season (which probably won't be in prime time unless their opponent, NE, is playing for something).

Those NYG and MIN games could be pretty Oofy, too. Maybe Raiders if they don't get going.

I wonder if I should bet NFL futures according to his in the, um, future...

When you go to search "Commanders Highlights" and google is like "are you sure you mean 'Commanders Highlights?'" but you didn't type any of the words wrong...

really though, if this team can just get an offensive line that isn't competing with Chicago's for worst ever, Howell will be at least a pretty okay quarterback.

Allen just confirmed they had no plan to have any LB or DB spy Allen because they expect the D line to do all that themselves. Del Rio is a f***ing idiot. How are they meant to do that while engaged with the OL?

They also expect the DL to just handle the run chiefly by themselves. That isn't how any good NFL defense works. This defense is divided into 2-3 distinct units that routinely don't work as one cohesive defense.

I'm astounded that we keep getting HCs and DCs who refuse to admit that QBs can run with the ball.

I harp more on the defense because it's supposed to be The Thing this regime was great at. And this deep in, it's all on them that it isnt. And considering the one dimensional investment, that's a huge problem. Based on quotes from them, the players, and people close to the team, their mindset is that because they've invested so much in the DL then it should be the cure-all. No position works that way and they should know better.

I went a little risky since I’m playing with house money so far this season….

White 45+ yards rushing
Mayfield 200+ yards passing
Hurts 200+ yards passing
Hurts 1 Td Pass
Swift 40+ yards rushing
Brown 60+ yards receiving

probably just donating $ in a defensive battle, but if the offenses go off, +900 pays. QBs will probably make or break me.

have not made a bet on the other game yet with JB in doubt….
