Yeah I am not even discouraged by Howell or anything. He is a rookie. He had had some good throws too. But there is no reason for us to not run the bal at all. Someone tell EB we don't have Mahomes.

I've moved out of the immediate area and am watching the game at Buffalo WW -- the best part of the day has been all the Stillers fans who have been morgue-silent and on their phones all half, but are now full of noise once their team looks like it MIGHT score.

I'm a little surprised by it, but I wonder if it wasn't calculated? Like, the run is so predictable and you don't want to play off the back foot right away, so they flipped the script and it was sort of okay enough to keep doing it (for a while). I think it's fine to stress test him a little, especially when Gibson is not doing great anyway. Would like to see more Robinson for sure.

Turner offense was horrific so by virtue of not being turner the offense already improved. Just a question of how much. Thomas drops and Sam inconsistent is concerning.

Thankfully it's a 2 year contract.

Also, defenses are ahead of the offenses, as usual to start - esp with fewer preseason games.
