This is why I advocated getting rid of Ron. The last 6 weeks or so of the season have been useless. He has killed any confidence the young guys have and guys are just playing out the string. They're not even playing hard for their jobs for next season because they know a house cleaning is coming. There's no developmental benefit to anything this team is doing. Of course, keeping Ron is good for the tank so there's that but he should be embarrassed that this is the product he's put together over the past four years.

We have seen a lot of bad and disappointing teams over the last 25 years but this might be the worst. They are horribly coached, have no identity, don't play hard, and just want it to be over. Rock bottom I think from an on-field perspective but at least there's hope that this will be the low-water mark for the franchise moving forward.
