It literally doesn’t matter who is in the secondary over Del Rio’s 4 years. When various sundry defenders look clueless out there, at some point you have to look at the common denominator. When a d-line of 4 first rounders has no impact, at some point you have to look at the coaching. If Rivera doesn’t have the professionalism to fire his buddy, then I am all for firing his ass during the season. Yes I want Harris to be as un-Snyder as possible, but dereliction of duty and willingly sabotaging the team should warrant Rivera being fired now, no matter how disrespectful. His unpreparedness (including not knowing their playoff plight) exudes incompetence and Del Rio should be the final straw.

Harris is not Snyder, at the end of the season or at least week 16 with Washington out of it Harris will make his decision.

The Mayhew/Rivera draft picks that keep on giving. We drafted a marginal # 2 receiver with suspect hands high in the first round. Bravo. Our front office is garbage.
 
Taylor Heinicke is going to lead the Falcons to a comeback win in the second half.
 
It’s pretty funny how this d- line keeps getting accolades. Most QB hits? Lol. How about sacks or plays that actually affect passes. These “hits” are like garbage time yards for a QB; they aren’t making QBs gun shy and they’re generally after the QB has had enough time in the pocket.

The D line is playing well though. JDR is getting zilch from their play.

They are playing like the above average unti they are. Del Rio uses them (and the FO built around them) like they are a dominant unit. I’m not blaming the d-line for being overhyped, I blame the FO and Del-Rio.
