We're not going to be a good team if Nico, Timo and Dawson STILL aren't contributing to the offense, and we're getting goaltending circa two seasons ago.

This team right now is like the Oilers except worse. They actually have a good team, they need to wake up fast.

He's the most entertaining player in the league. The way he cuts across the top of the zone on entries and creates all the space in the world is just crazy. Obviously this one was 3v3 but he does it all the time at 5v5. It's Gretzky-esque

Schmid needs to clean things up. But I appreciate some of the big saves in the third. He wants that bad rebound back on the tying goal and obviously goals 2 and 3

Shmid was shaky the whole game. Defense is a total slop fest, no cohesiveness or attention detail, running around like chickens.

Islanders may be nothing without Sorokin, but we are currently nothing without Jack.

Need to hope these things get better as the season goes on, right now they have the look of a bubble team.
