Those aren't lens flares, those are trademarked DAVEART ONLY tech FX that ONLY the DAVEART, CRADLEOFCREATIVITY, can do.

So much unnecessary crap all over his stuff. DAVEART Trademark Bluetooth e-Tech e-FX coming to goalie masks next year. You heard it here first folks.

I too am confused. I think the next sentence indicates that in spite of his jokes gear, he was a sieve. Need more than swag to tend goal in the league.

That all said, and aesthetic taste aside, the guy IS a talented artist. Very talented. He's just very dated. I would hope he could evolve with design and not with gimmicky TECH FX crap.

I probably already mentioned it here, but I really wish Hiller's designer would get more jobs. He does some really cool stuff. Or if more goalies were open to a contest to let designer fans submit ideas. I'd love it.

That's what I was thinking. Based on context, it appears that "jokes" is a synonym for "awesome" or "great." But the fact that the English language already has about 389 synonyms for that notwithstanding, "jokes" just does not seem like a good choice for #390.

Actually those prints and patterns you posted are very well executed.. not something I would wear, but they are well done and not on the same level of atrocity that is DaveArt..

Nothing wrong with any of those dresses either (except for maybe the hammer pants).
The men's suits on the other hand are over the top, but I think they were intended to be Avant Garde

The logo in the middle is terrible, I have never liked that for any team, I guess it's a nice bulls-eye?

They are white and red, I mean...sure?

It's very generic. Which is fine, Pads shouldn't be so busy, that's the mask's job and DaveArt to just flat out butcher.

Personally, I think Eddie has had the sickest pads in the league for awhile now. I don't think the Carolina ones are as nice as some of his recent ones (tough logo to pull off I feel like) but he has had some beauties the last 2 years.
