Some fans leave before the SO to catch their trains or becuse they look at the shootout as a Bettman gimmick.

The Kiss Cam actually was once not as PC as it was the last few years.
It used to show a few couples in Devils gear, man & women, who would kiss.

Then the last shot was of two guys in opposing team jerseys sitting next to each other.

I loved the kiss cam, so did my GF and any casual fans I brought. Even the all by myself part was great

I hope they bring it back.

I think SNA is lame and played out as it relates to sporting events. It's the most generic choice, not the least.

And I like the White Stripes and have always liked the song. Still listen to the album.

These choices are all terrible. I really do not like that Monster Truck song and the Locksley song is too low energy.

He definitely is. I've used formstack you can't manipulate results. There's actually a way to view the results publicly but unfortunately I don't think the Devils set it to "public."

We won't know what gets the most votes but the Devils will.

That would be like stuffing the ballot box in a third world "people's republic" election. These votes, even if they're actually being tallied, almost certainly will not be honored. Management's song selection is likely already in the books and I highly doubt it will be SNA.

RRP2 was pretty generic too. I think whatever song they pick has to be a little generic. You look around the league and even the best songs are generic. I can't think of a song that isn't off the top of my head.

I like SNA for the chant potential. I especially like how the fans got into it at the game too. More than any other song. It could be twinkle twinkle little star - if the fans loved it and chanted along with it i'd twinkle right along with them.

I tweeted the Devils on my idea for the Devils version of the Pantera-Walk goal song about a week ago. Not even an acknowledgement of my tweet despite the fact that I submitted several votes for it on their website. I think they have their picks and are sticking to them.

It's just a web survey form system. Go to formstack.com. You can sign up, make your own poll/survey, they give you a code to post on your website, and voila.

They e-mail you the results or you can login and view them. It's legit.

We had a conversation in the off-season about this. I believe the "Devil" portion of the advertising will be scaled down. They're trying to attract as many people and families as possible.

And mommies and daddies don't want junior wearing a "Devil's Army" shirt to school! What would their neighbors think.
