To be fair, this team was doomed the second Dubas signed Tavares.

That set the tone on the finances and locker room.

Unfortunately Tavares isn’t the type of locker room leader that inspires a rally. He is a quiet leader, that needs to be surrounded by strong personalities.

When you have that as your bench mark for the significant raises your future stars are set to make, there is far too many holes and issues looming.

This team will not compete until this team moves on from him and Willy.

Shanny and Dubas both should have been tied together, but maybe we see Shanny let Treliving just run wild with this roster, which is truthfully a scary thought in its own right.

Chuck, it just feels like this is all shanny steering the ship so I don’t really see how there’s a difference that can be made until he’s out the door

Worth noting, before we start holding ROR as the pinnacle of team evaluation, the guy has had a career that's been on a mercenary path. I've lost count of the number of teams he's played on, including the attempted offer sheet too.
