Correct, the games I saw the selects looked hungry. I was curious if those players would be into it. They were definitely into it and looking to make a good showing.

A standings update after the Showcase, in the West, teams 3-6 are only separated by three points. In the South, the Ice Bats hold down the last playoff spot by 10 points over the Roadrunners. In the Frontier, Badlands Showcase stumble tightens the group for that last fourth seed in the Division. And in the East New Hampshire holds down the fourth seed over LB by 7 points. Finally, the Woodsman hold a 10 point cushion over the Jr. Blues in the Central for the last seed.

It is only December. Things in tier three juniors can change fast. Add a kid or two, and poof that 10 point deficit is gone.Seeing as Christmas is coming, you could've skipped that last standings glance to leave me some cheer.
