This has to be the earliest Alabama has realistically been knocked out of the playoff race.

The Big Ten is a bigger winner here with Alabama & Clemson going down. Their probability of putting two teams in the playoff just went up.

Look at Jayden Daniels and tell me with a straight face you can assume talent overcomes shitty coaching.

Bo Nix winning the Heisman is the funniest possible outcome, so I’m rooting for it.
Daniels is definitely helping me get Boutte in dynasty. Boutte stocks in the fantasy community have plummeted.

I only took him in mocks last year cause the name intrigued me and my gut reaction to the surface level stats were like there might be something really good here.

Bryce is QB1 no matter what the combine measurements are. Holy cow.

I’m not saying this out of a position of sour grapes but I really don’t see how you’d take Levis over Young & Stroud. He’s improved since getting to Kentucky & I get the intriguing traits but the parts don’t equal the sum enough imo.

Levis is a noticeably better college QB than him but it feels like Josh Allen again where you’re making a big bet on the tools & hoping an NFL system can get more consistency out of the player.

Ohio St has to be in with 1 loss to Michigan. Is the reverse true at this point? I have no idea what the committee does with Oregon. It feels like they lose all 1 loss ties with OSU/Michigan/Tennessee? I would have them way less than 50-50 to be ranked above a 2 loss LSU.

I think Renner has him above Stroud in his latest big board. Brugler is pointing out that Stroud has issues working through things when protection breaks down. I'm not that high on Stroud from what I've seen. Fieldsy was better imo.

I get Levis has the build and physical tools. But the guy doesn't seem to be at that high level mentally. For Pete's sake he puts mayo on coffee.

I'd still take Bryce over everyone else at the moment. Unless Levis puts on some kind of crazy show the remainder of the season, I don't think I would change. I feel Allen is a bit of some flukey magic and I wouldn't bet a high draft pick on hitting that upside with Levis.
