Good luck. FYI I've had to use KT Tape a few times on my knees and it does help alleviate pain and sped up the healing process.

I am probably looking at shoulder surgery sooner rather than later. Trying to get a doctors note for light duty until then. I am getting impatient. Had a shit day at work
