Man it’s weird seeing Wisconsin be this bad. Not that they’ve even really been an offensive dynamo. But their defense is usually higher end. They can’t stop a nose bleed defensively this year. Ohio State is a high powered offense but Illinois is even putting it on them this week.

The Big 12 can’t compete with the Big 10’s high end teams for a claim as the second best conference but now that Kansas is competitive again, there are no easy outs in that conference. All competent teams that will probably beat each other up by the end of the year.

Are we 100% sure Sean Clifford cannot come back next year? I don’t think I’ve seen a worse 6th year senior quarterback. He’s going to single handily tank this solid penn state team. Another brutal performance against a terrible opponent.

Fortunately he’s gone after this year. They’re lucky they played Northwestern today with 5 turnovers even if the weather helped any.

Last year whatever they legitimately didn’t have anything behind Clifford but that’s not the case anymore. If you want to compete with Ohio State you need someone with Drew Allar’s ceiling.
