Let Poole rebuild his game as the focal point on a team that won’t have any spotlight or attention on them this season and then trade him, like they did with Porzingis.

So for the GSW 2030 1st, does top 20 protected mean that if it's a top 20 pick it becomes a 2030 2nd, or a 2031 1st, or something else entirely? Has that been reported?
Haven’t seen anything on it yet. Maybe we’ll learn more tonight or tomorrow if Winger has a press conference to discuss all the moves.

Haven't watched the NBA in general for awhile - is Poole an 'empty calories' scorer?
He was considered to be a future superstar as recently as the 2021-22 season. Last season was tough for him but I wonder about team chemistry and how he felt in the locker room after Draymond punched him.
If you’d have told me at the deadline there was a proposal of Poole for Beal straight up I would have said the Warriors laugh and hang up. Beal is not $20M better than him and Poole is six years younger to boot.

Those 2028 2030 pick swaps are nice. in 5 years KD is 40, Beal 35. and they have no draft picks untill 2030.
The Wiz could just be entering their new window in 5 years and then getting Phoenix lottery picks. Reminds me of what Boston did to the nets with the KG trade.

Yea, I mean he was def good on the ‘22 Title team. That’s the budding star version that Abro is thinking of.
But Wiggins overtook him as a core guy going forward, and then that crap with Draymond sunk him out here. He could still wind up as a good player with a change of scenery. Hopefully at least enough for the Bullets to re-hab his image and flip him.

bit of concern that LSU is ruining that guy's arm but Skenes is pretty talented
That last high pitch count he was on 7 days rest not sure what it was before this game. One thing about Skenes he's throwing 100 mph and it look easy.

When hes compared to Mark Prior and Strasbrugh is kindof scary. But he looks MLB ready now.
