A lot of rings? The guy won 11. Over a 13 year period between ‘57 and ‘69 he only didn’t win one twice.

He also has 5 MVP’s, tied with Jordan for 2nd all time behind Kareem.

Cal Ripken Jr. and Eddie Murray both have their numbers retired by the Orioles.

Both were stars for the team at a time Washington didn't have an MLB team of their own.

So, I think the Nationals should retire #8 and #33 so that those numbers can be out of circulation in the entire metro area.
