I mean of the 3 teams, I feel like it’s worse for Mexico? They are tied on points with Panama?

If Mexico and Panama tie, that would be the best case, as it creates only 2 points from that game instead of 3?

I assume no matter how much they struggle Mexico will qualify easily (even though a couple cycles ago they had issues). Id rather just Panama go away.

Algeria’s squad for.AFCON
Surprised Boudaoui (MF) has been left out but Belmadi must have a good reason I guess.
Some of the players he called up instead of him were really great in the Arab Cup tbh

Who is televising AFCON?
Good question
The previous one was on BeIN
FIFA TV has been streaming African WC qualifiers and the Arab Cup for free on Youtube, I’m hoping they will do the same for Afcon
(Afcon has a bigger viewership than the other 2 competitions I mentioned so I doubt it will be free(

Samuel Eto’o met with Moukoko today to try to convince him to switch to Cameroon from Germany. If Cameroon has a better medical staff than Germany, I’m all for it because Moukoko gets injured on international duty more than any player I’ve seen.

His last year at the club level has been hurt significantly by this. I’d suggest he sorts out his club future first before he worries about international. He’s not that young anymore. He needs to start making some type of bigger impact.

I want to quote this before you edit it. You just said that a guy who barely turned 17 needs to make a bigger impact playing against men. Absolute lunacy is what that is.

Please do so. Nothing was misstated. Moukoko is supposed to be a once in a generation talent. He was hyped as such. There are other 2004’s making an impact across Europe like Gavi and MAC.

Moukoko has missed 25 games this calendar year due to injury and has 2G, 1A the other half of the year he’s been fit. He’s still doing well for a player his age, but for a guy hyped like he was? Not so much. He doesn’t have that long to turn it around to continue on a path to stardom. The club is clearly not happy with him. They’ve started leaking the idea of a loan in the media. Once a player with that hype goes out on loan, the situation rarely gets better. The eventual superstars in the sport rarely are loaned out.

At this rate the poor kid will end up being yet another example of why german prospects just should not go to BVB :sarcasm:

Not many german prospects have panned out of BVB's academy, but that might just be because BVB keep on signing french prospects.

In Canada BeIN is available on Fubotv

VAR coming to the last WCQ in CONCACAF.... Canada would have had 3 or so more penalties if this existed earlier!

Then again I'm sure it will be a huge mess anyways!
