I wish I was part of the media. Pars/Tom/Vange have had consistent o-zone time and after a couple of games they get broken up and then they hit the press box in various combos for reasons unknown. Yet guys who are supposed to bring an identity to the team stay in the lineup night after night without bringing any sort of identity to the team.

I'd change the lineup to 6 vets and 6 kids up front.
Vets - Fil, ROR, Gus, Stamkos, March and Sissons
Kids - Vange, Phil, Pars, Novak, ZLH and Svech

There's enough there to make it work. And honestly, if it doesn't, ship Sissons off to LA and bring back Jeannot to provide some spark to the team.

I can't believe I agreed to go to the game with a friend of mine tonight. Debating on wearing a bag or not.

Every member of the current 4th line has at least one 5on5 goal ... 5 of the 18 scored by forwards. Clearly they aren't playing to the identity of a special teams only team.

There’s no way this one will do it. Jets are the first in the league. This org will consider a decent plus/minus a win at this point against this team. Burnette shouldnt have flown back on the team bus from the road trip (yes - i called the plane a bus - go to the GDT if it bothers you)
