Bah, stole mine.

Brad Moran.

I remember my first year I was a fan and knew nothing about prospects and the farm team. I though Jason Jaffray and Brad Moran were stud prospects or something waiting in the wings.

Yannick Tremblay is another who comes to mind. Sven Butenschon as well.

On another note, the list of players Dave Nonis brought in is hilarious. At the same time he's known for one great move and one great non-move: acquiring the best goaltender in franchise history - Roberto Luongo - and NOT trading Ryan Kesler and Alex Edler for Brad Richards.

Jason Jaffray was extremely effective and should have been a regular NHLer here over dreck like Jeff Cowan, Brad Isbister, Byron Ritchie, Mike Brown, and Darcy Hordichuk. He outplayed all of those guys by a huge margin but kept getting sent down because he didn't partake in pointless staged fights and didn't have 'pedigree'.

Brandon Reid was my favourite player in NHL 04 (not 100% this is the right game though). He was so fast in that game.

My previous user name here was Darby Hendrickson. I chose that because we lost him to the expansion Wild and found it fitting with Vegas coming in.

Thinking Wade Brookbank for my next name.

I was going to say him. He was one of my favorite Mooseheads of all time at the time he was on the team. He was amazing in his post draft year winning the hearts of all season ticket holders of the day.

Mike S. Brown - I remember being pissed when he was traded for a second go at Nathan McIver, who they lost on waivers IIRC

not to be confused with Mike Brown

In 1987, I asked Caprice to autograph a program following a 7-goal drubbing by the Capitals. Instead of signing his photo, he signed the weiner in the hot dog ad on the adjacent page.
