The more I see Strome skate, the more i think he just is an awkward skater. Dude does not look fluid at all.

That being said, as is, he's an average skater at best. If he adjusted his skating style, he might be a pretty alright skater.

He always LOOKS like he's going slow, because he's hunched over and his strides are short and ineffective for his size. But he's always keeping up with the play.
