Here's a map showing DDoS attacks in real-time: http://map.ipviking.com
For some reason I could watch for hours.

I am completely perplexed. USA is the origin of most attacks while also being the target for the most attacks
How can they track this though? You'd think if people were able to track DDoS attacks effectively enough real-time to dedicate a (incredibly well put together and addicting to watch)web page together security companies would be better equipped to stop them.
They run a large infrastructure of honeypot system around the globe. They are able to monitor and record attacks against those systems and map them out like this. It is certainly not a perfect or foolproof system, but as you can see, it is able to give a decent general idea of what is going on at any given moment.
Edit: I should also mention that they don't just use Honeypots - they are a security appliance vendor and their customers are able to automatically share data with them about attacks as they occur in real time. So you get data from honeypots as well as real production systems.
Good news...
Got my first job offer to be a grown up lawyer in DC! I'm still going through the process and don't know if that's the firm where I'll end up, but it's nice to know this whole law school thing will pay off. Drinks are on me!

Congrats man! And careful who you offer drinks to. We are Bolts fans who have seen a lot of lousy seasons...
Just like this year. Man this is gonna be rough. God damn it Drouin is so ugly I want to rip his face off, stuff the edges with cheese and throw it in an oven so I can have some pizza. Stamkos can't pass to save his life and Johnson is actually getting shorter.
**** this team I'm becoming an Penguins fan.
Don't forget that Palat is European, Hedman sucks and St. Louis was the key to the team
Yes. What is crazy (or not so crazy I guess) is that there are still lots of other pics of her and other celebs still out there. We might see more leaks eventually.
Lesson learned, though, never trust the cloud.
I read the same thing. I wonder if it is true. I can definitely see it, the only thing I wonder about is what prompted everything to start leaking at once? Was this one person who had enough of it?And after doing some reading up on the leaks(which forever will be known as Fap Sunday), there's some kind of underground celeb nude trading ring among a select group of hackers on the deep web.
They use them as trading cards(which is why pics of Winstead were leaked even though she said she deleted them years ago) and the only way you can get in is to show off a legit picture that no one else already has. The reason the leaks were coming out piecemeal is because no one person has all of the pictures and the best stuff won't ever be leaked since it's the most valuable.

We all witnessed the Fappening and we will all remember where we were when it occurred. We will never forget who has been Faptured...08/31/2014
You have been listening to what the TB fans have been telling you too much. He wasn't even in the top 20 goalies in the KHL this past season. Curtis Sanford, Jeff Glass and Michael Leighton all finished with way better numbers than him and they can't even get jobs in the AHL.
I am not putting him in the same category as them cause he is 20 positions behind them in the same league. Sanford's NHL save percent is .902. His save percent in Russia this past season was .938. Do you think he went over to Russia and became that much better? The top goalie in the KHL had a .952 and I havent heard of one NHL GM that has been over there trying to bring him to north America. Does a .919 in Russia make a goalie an elite prospect, cause if it does there are a lot of them. If you are going to throw out "his save % was quite high" to say he is an elite prospect, at least compare apples to apples... And you were going to trade Bogo for him? Give your head a shake.
