Camp Chaos was! They did the Icarus one I posted a while ago too. I think that was their first animation. Looks like Maiden teamed up with them at some point. This one must have been before they got to the animation. I read that they've been doing this since the 2000's

Just got off work…spinning a much maligned album by pink floyd…the final cut.
But I don’t care what the critics say, I know what I like and that’s all that matters ;)
