I feel like this team's strategy does not match the skillsets on the team. Chief needs to STOP trying to make things work that either his team is not skilled enough to do or doesn't work, like pulling the netminder.

If we're going to run and gun, just do it. If we're playing D responsible, do it. I love Chief but he hasn't had any real cohesive plan since go, he's just let the team play and worked with it. He did great before because we had the skillets of players like JayBo and others and the team was totally bought in.

Now with the loss of him and others, including coaches, the strategy no longer works and the team seems bought out in general. Perron might have been the last guy who was bought in and the team really followed his lead. They don't need another Gloria, they need a stable, workable team-inclusive strategy.

I think I’ve been clear that the team stinks. Saying ROR has picked up game doesn’t make me a homer. He’s been much better than 91 and 10 lately, not to mention 55, 47, and 72 among our core. Army decided to let him walk and then scrambled to find a solution. That's poor GMing. Had he been as good as folks thought he was, he would have traded him as a rental and worked out a solution. Instead, we got nothing. That's what irritates me. The worst kind of asset management.
