I once took a first class flight (very cheaply) out of Vegas to Winnipeg. The LV to MSP leg left at midnight PST and arrived in red-eye hours in MSP. Nevertheless, I bursted out of the front row, listening to this song, doing the Vince McMahon power-strut.

It was, to this day, the Caucasian-est thing I've ever done :P

Tomorrow night baby…should be a great show!!

Blackberry Smoke at the Burt' was awesome Monday night...

I think the upper deck crowd was a little overpowered as the 'Smoke went with a fusion of Skynrd Petty ZZ...

Not the acoustic stuff they probably were turned on to by BS...

I loved every rockin' minute of it...

I go for a piss in between tunes... a young guy is elevated and raving happiness to a friend on the phone in the Loo...

I zip up... turn around and he's got his hand up for a Hi'5... "hey dude it's so awesome to be out having fun again"...

How could I argue with that... Hi'5 and a sideways walk embrace out to the deck... it was exactly why I love going to live acts anywhere... and now again...

I would love to see them just do covers... they did segments of different bands as bridges to other tunes and to mix it up inside their own... 21 years on the road... super tight...

Salut all... :thumbu:

Such a great show!

Forgot how good the sound is at The Burt in the first balcony. Almost without fail we sit on the floor someplace and for many shows the sound is half assed.

Charlie’s got great pipes. They are a tight band…sadly I had the chance to see them do an acoustic set a few years back and chose to see Jason & the Scorchers instead, which was not a bad choice either! My wife took in some of the acoustic BBS set and she loved it and prefers that groove. Though she loved last night too!

Winnipeg, Manitoba,
Big fan from back bitd...great band. Along with The Beat Farmers, Long Ryders, Rave-ups, The Blasters...so many great bands back then.
Beat Farmers were and still are one of my faves, easily one of the best live bands around…Country Dick was a legend! Did you see them when they came to the Golden Nugget?

Seen Mojo Nixon a few times and he’s a blast too.

Never ever thought I’d get the chance to see Jason and the Scorchers.

This one played as I ran the South Perimeter...

What a mess... lots of people who shouldn't drive meandering at every speed imaginable in the fast lane....

Was a never ending chicane... the Animals enjoyed a brisk 120 km/hr as I weaved through the detritus...

This tune made it melt all away... and oh... only one way to listen to this... turn it up to 11...
