Remember the Commodores? Before Lionel Richie (playing Sax in the background) made them so popular. And sappy. Yeah, me too. I think Lionel Richie had an incredible run through the late 70s early 80s where he either performed or wrote the number one song of the year for something like 8 years. Crazy.



More radical 70s music. We wuz all going straight to hell.

I've posted these exact three videos previously but when I come across them again in my liked videos thread I'm blown away again entirely anew. I was a little young for their heyday but not by much. I recall working at the Canoe Club in the racquets pro shop and had ye olde clock radio cranked up and the Who came on. I was blown away by how many old people (age equivalent of my parents) seemed to rock out even more than me to the tunes in the background.

Was fortunate enough to see "The Who" only a few years ago. It was only Daltry and Townsend but I was completely blown away.

The energy in the videos is amazing and Moon in the last one is just absolutely frenetic. Wish I'd seen him play.
