It's not too early, they've played lousy in every game this season. They just had superb goaltending covering it up.

The Blues are just standing in their Umbrella positions, hoping to get an open shot after a quick pass. But they need to be moving, to get the man guarding them out of position, with the quick pass going to the open Blue. Standing around ensures that each potential shooter will be closely guarded.

I'm not concerned. But, I am annoyed. Blues are 100% a better team than this. 90% of the team is snakebit. And they are letting the Goalies down with subpar defensive play. They will get better, but, it's still annoying.

Not a good period by The Blues. The look a little better with more players actually skating hard and giving a lot of effort, and Buchnevich back in the line-up, but they still seem only playing at 70% or so. they're not going to beat very many NHL teams playing this way.

Gotta wonder how long Berube's shelf life really is. Sure, he signed that recent contract extension, but this team is built a little differently than it was in 2019. I'm not sure he is optimizing this team's potential anymore.
