This really changes the dynamic of the Nashville defence core now.. This could be HUGE for Nashville to become a powerhouse in the West. Idk why Montreal does this it's lateral for them and they still need offence(I assume they've got plans ?)

Why MTL would trade a young guy for a guy relatively elite but at the end of the road? straight up.... ?

Weber had 20 goals last year, he just ran out of gas in the playoffs probably from too much ice time throughout the season. He is not in a huge decline as posters have suggested.

Don't see how everyone thinks Nashville wins this. Other then age being a factor Weber is a much better defender then Subban.

Can't remember a day with this much action in the last like at least 5 years. June 29,2016. One for the NHL History books.

On the trade I think Nashville won this deal. Subbans younger and Weber is not too too much better

Lol habs. Nashville takes a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge risk with cap recapture though.
