The more likely scenario is you'll get some explanations of how they all meet the standard for a suspension, because, well, they all do.

I don't think anyone ever has suggested that the DOPS is the model of consistent application of the standards, but when they do go over what the standards are, and lay out what should be considered for suspension, the hit by Reilly checks pretty much all the boxes.

Defending Reilly's actions by looking to instances where the DOPS obviously dropped the ball (puck I guess) isn't really as strong an argument as some here seem to think it is, though I guess it does play well with Leaf's nations' persecution complex.
Looks like they were using them as comparables to try and determine a likely length of suspension, not defending his actions. Weird way to frame it.

Exactly the kind of guys you don't want on your team

Also comparing beer league to NHL is lol
Hahaha ya okay. Regardless what you or anyone else says, theres no excusing what Reilly did and what Greig did never warranted it and was such a nothing burger its hillarious this is even a discussion. Cheap shot should be the only thing being discussed.

Best way for Leafs nation to stop the trolling is to win something. Just such an easy target when they all smoke and no fire

Keep adding to the Leafs popularity I suppose.

LEAFS are Ayatollah of Rock 'n' Rolla of the NHL

POPULARITY IS THROUGH THE ROOF!!!

Thanks for your contributions!

:yo:

whataboutisms. : the act or practice of responding to an accusation of wrongdoing by claiming that an offense committed by another is similar or worse.

Edit: Literally what happened

You can interpret how you want. I was discussing precedent.
