Of course not. The labels describe a state of mind or preference not what the team will actually do. You'd in fact be dreaming if you believe this team is intentionally tanking. Hell, they could have done it on that disastrous season when they had a shot at Laine and didn't do it. They didn't do it then, they won't do it now.

I see the reason in calling it during the pre season because it sends a message in a pointless game. But violations will happen regardless. Just wave the player out.
