No. Hell, the only reason Dean cashed in when he did was because of Roman's wellness violation. Thank god things happened the way they did because Ambrose as champ reinvigorated him and his work. I've been reminded why I was such an Ambrose/Moxley mark to begin with.

I still wish they would let him cut more serious Moxley like promos, I feel like they are seriously underutilizing his skill on the mic

Ambrose's reign got worse and worse the longer it went on idk what you're talking about :dunno:

It was only interesting because they finally put him over his shield buddies for the first time ever. As soon as he started feuding on smackdown it was downhill from there.

He only started to get a little interesting after he dropped the belt to AJ, and really that was only that one good promo with Cena.

Rest of his main event chase was all that Ellsworth ****. God was SD on a bad run between No Mercy and now.

End of the day AJ is the star of that show and has been doing the heavy lifting for months.

Losing the belt reenvigorated Dean, or the stone cold podcast did.

The Stone Cold podcast did, when he was still champ. Everything after Ziggler was great in regards to his reign and his work with AJ. AJ brought him up to the level beyond the one where Ambrose would work with Rollins. Ambrose's mic work got much better, he was balancing the goofy aspect of his character with the serious side of it much better.

Regarding WM in the Observer this week:

Lesnar/Goldberg, Hunter/Rollins, Big Show/Shaq are set in stone.

Cena/Taker, "Multiple women" for the Raw title is probable. They may want Reigns to fight Undertaker because they never know if it'll be Undertaker's last match, and that match does more for the future than it would with Cena, which is a completely hysterical way to view this match.

Reigns/Taker lol no. Gross. It'd be funny if Rollins was the only one of The Shield without a one-on-one match with Taker.

There are restrictions on where talents can work with the new UK tournament thing. Talents aren't allowed to work for WCPW after Jan. 15 for example. The existing partnerships WWE does have with the couple of promotions they have right now are to ensure that they "stay in their place" and don't grow bigger than what they are now.

Writer: Vince, if you have Roman beat Brock for the streak rub, fans will crap all over that.

Vince: So we'll do a program with Goldberg that won't really accomplish much storyline-wise but will make me some money.

Writer: But what about...

Vince: Well then we'll just do Roman vs. Taker, those stupid smarks can't ***** since Taker already lost

Writer:

It is truly amazing that we're three days away from 2017 and there are no plans set for the title matches. Not even one of them. Usually around this time they have a pretty good idea of who they want winning the Rumble. I think it's clear who will win if he's healthy, but still. Not many rumours out there.

It was around this time last year at the reports were such that they scrapped the entire show and needed to re-write it. I'd say there's more moving parts than usual, but it would only affect a few people now that I think about it.

If you've ever noticed, the shows they need to completely re-write often are the better shows.

They also have a completely healthy roster this time around minus Balor who'll be back by WM. It's the first time that's happened in a while. Plans were derailed last year because of injuries. No wonder it's so hard to fantasy book this show. too many top guys worthy of a spot who are all healthy lirl.

Someone should dig up last year's WM thread and see how many times we all said 'crap, he's going to miss WM,' but if you look at last year's card, replace/mix-and-match then names you have this year with the names that are no longer available from last year, it's more about whether or not they're going to blow it.

Kurt Angle has been telling promoters he'll work one more Indy date vs. Alberto and then one more vs. Cody and then he's returning to WWE in April, per WON.

God, I wish he'd return for the Rumble to set up American Alpha & Kurt Angle vs. The Wyatt Family at Wrestlemania.

Ryback's latest claim in an interview is that Triple H told him they'll never create another marquee name like John Cena because they want total control over their talent and don't want them getting too big where they can go do other things like Cena, Rock, Austin, etc. in Hollywood.

Come on. If Angle comes back it's not to work with a tag team that, admittedly, is kinda struggling to get over.

As much as I think Ryback has been full of **** since he left, I can still see them doing something like this

This sounds cartoonishly evil, but being it's WWE it wouldn't surprise me.

That's probably more Triple H's way of "protecting the business" too rather than just being a straight up carny (as carny as it may be)

Its possible, but at times I think that Ryback is just an idiot with a big mouth and limited talent.

Why and in what way would HHH even say something like that to Ryback?

Probably in passing.

Ryback is walking down the hallway, sees Triple H, and gives him a nod. As they pass by, HHH turns and says

"Oh Ryback, by the way, we don't want to make new stars because they might be in movies other than WWE Studios.... Chow!"

Ryback stands there confused, HHH walks away, looking for the newest NXT Champion or Signee to take a picture with

Oh please. Not only is Triple H not that stupid to even say such as thing outloud even if it were true but he sure as hell wouldn't tell that to some bum like ryback.
