I know one of them mentioned that back in 2015 or 2016 while they were feuding and I know Dean did an interview where he said he hated Seth’s training schedule

He almost exclusively rode with Roman and “The Samoans” (Usos) before the brand split, but The Shield all shared so many moments together that I bet it really sucks for Seth.

Yeah I always remember hearing that Seth and Dean aren't that close or...just not as close as you'd think considering how much time they spent together coming up. It was probably Seth/Roman are close. Dean and Roman are super close...but Seth and Dean together...friends/friendly but not best buddies or anything.That's perfectly normal though. They feel like completely different kinds of people who might just approach or enjoy life differently and Roman's super laid back cool guy thing just meshes with both.

Whether they're best buddies or not. Their careers are forever entwined and connected so it's definitely gotta be weird for Seth but meh. He's at the top of the game and seems to have enough friends
