im sorry if this was answered earlier, but have they given any hints on what the new universal belt will look like? will it be the old wcw belt again? or something completely new and different?

They've not said anything yet. I suspect they'll promote it for a week before they reveal it, so you won't miss it when they show it off.

Mother of God it scares me that you could actually be right about this. Considering that the WWE and Women's titles are just a giant company logo plastered onto an irregular pentagon shape I wouldn't put it past them to do a third one. It's practically a physical incarnation of all the laziness and complacency and self absorption within the company in 2013 to now.
