Yeah, because the tournament needed Canada to be in the final four for rating. They were greasing palms to be the best of Concacaf because they have so much money.

In reality the opposite is true, they may be bankrupt next year. They are losing millions every year, its unsustainable. Canada Soccer has never been in a financial crisis like the one it's in right now.

Worth a read about the state of financial affairs and the lack of available money for training for tournaments or arranging friendly games.

How can you be shady when you can't even afford an umbrella?

This is like a Habs or Leaf fan saying the Bruins had the refs in their pockets because of Daddy Campbell.

Of course they're broke. Their drone budget is enormous.

The Revs are also getting roughly $600,000 in General Allocation Money.

My guess is that they needed the allocation money to pull off another signing. Seems like there's another shoe getting ready to drop.
I don't trust this organization to make a good move here.

LOL they did the thing! They took notes "on a criminal f***ing conspiracy?"

She literally used the word "spying" in her own email to HR when an employee said they didn't want to spy anymore!

LOL. I love how she implicates the men’s team in her email as well.

The Economic Activity Bill that would have cleared the way for the Revs to build on the Mystic River waterfront site died in the legislature.

It doesn't kill the Everett Stadium project, but it's a setback.

This is (...part of) the reason DeJuan Jones was traded. The Revs are believed to have paid a club record transfer fee to obtain Langoni.

For what it's worth, both the Jones and Kessler trades clear significant cap space for 2025.

Jones made $900,000/year with incentives that could top $1,000,000. In comparison, Sands makes roughly $125,000.

Kessler and Parker make roughly $1,000,000/year, but Parker's deal is up after 2024, while Kessler is signed through 2025.

Also worth noting that Tim Parker was an MLS Best XI selection last year.
