You have the assets to get syndergaard you just don’t want to pay the price. Which is understandable but completely different

DeGrom, Thor and Stroman is a rotation that would carry the Mets deep into the playoffs.

agreed. that is the one good thing to come out of the lack of trades. don't need to personally root for bauer or bumgarner.
