So after we gave up thd 3, I said okay lets get it right back. C'mon McNeil get a base hit, then Rosie.....Conforto with a double and then Alonso with a 2 or 3 run homer.
Well almost. But after Alonso hit his 38th, I was like okay J.D., back to back......sure enough, what a blast.

I mean i think he has done a fine job. He swallowed up some hard hit balls at him tonight.

But that cannot happen. You need to make a hard swift tag. You cant be reaching out for the runner like that.

Could cost Happ another inning and the game

Stuck with Happ for two more years. Yuck. Cashman f***ed this one up royally. Sign an old flyball pitcher with a mediocre fastball to a three year deal.

Stroman's having some terrible luck on ground balls.

Edit: Except for producing the rundown between hone and 3rd.
 
Don't think I have ever seen any bigger ears on a human being, that Strasburg dons. He could fly with those ears, in fact he just flew out of that inning unscathed. Wow, 1st and 3rd nobody out, nearly same opportunity Washington blew.

J.D. got screwed.
 
1st and 3rd nobody out and you don't get across at least one run with 3-4-5 at bat is inexcusable, JD getting hosed aside.
