He’d be the youngest player in AAA Scranton and the youngest position player in AA Trenton, were he a normal person. Instead, he’s hitting .287/.347/.544 (131 wRC+) with 18 home runs in the big leagues, building off a tremendous 2018 rookie campaign.

Stanton just stands out like a sore thumb right now. I'd want almost anyone on this team batting over him in a key spot

So many other guys we could've went after that would have fit in better. With that said, at least they kind of hedged their bets this year with LeMahieu in between all of the power. The unexpected rise of Urshela hasn't hurt either.

Not worried about Stanton. He had a big double last night. I do think they should slide him down a few spots. But I am happy he is a Yankee. He will settle in. Hicks has been below average for awhile now. Stanton should get a longer leash than just a few games

Hicks has been underperforming this year, but he is making peanuts. And last 2 seasons he's been our best non-Judge player.
