That was another Callaway disaster and maybe Brodie’s fault too. Both guys had to know on Wednesday that Rhame was in all likelihood going to be suspended Thursday. So knowing that why isn’t Rhame in for the 8th and 9th in Minnesota? If you use him there perhaps Mazza is rested and better last night

How about the team just scores when they have 2nd and 3rd with nobody out? Can't blame the manager for an awful AB by Nido in that spot.

I can blame him for PH Ramos for Lagares. Ramos should have been on deck in that situation, let Lagares go up there with the IF in. Instead, he forces Conforto to be up with the bases loaded and 1 out against a tough lefty. Then Ramos gets pinch run for. Wasted 3 players in an extra inning game. Forces Matz to be a pinch hitter later on.

That's the mismanagement in that spot, not the fact Mazza pitched in a blowout the day before and was the last guy in the pen the next day.

They need to do something with Happ. Maybe attach a prospect to him in a trade.

You forgot Paxton. When healthy, he's a TOR starter.

Another possibility is they could sign Gerrit Cole.

Paxton can be the #5 in my dream rotation.I suppose we could stash Happ in the b.p and use him as a long reliever until hes traded

Expectations of Garcia being any more than an impact in the bullpen this year would be like expecting to win the lotto the first time you play.

This kid needs to prove himself at AAA. And then after that he would be on an innings limit...next year

If Bauer is going to be traded, in no universe should the Yankees be outbid for him.

The only untouchable is Dominguez. Only one.

Garcia is a very close second to being on that list.

Everyone else is up for grabs.

This is not the time to prospect hug.

This also not a situation where the team is a bunch of aging vets in which trading your prospects will shorten your window length or destroy you. The team is full of youth. The time to win is now.

I dont care how many games we are up in the standings now or at the end of the year. It only matters if we have the arsenal to win in October.

I dont see much of an advancement for the Starting staff from last year’s ALDS against Boston to this one.
