Yankees have been linked to Bauer recently.

Only real link is they scouted a start of his. I'm still trying to understand why they'd trade their ace while they're contending for a playoff spot. I guess if they got a haul they really liked and started to fall out of it, it could be realistic.

Law also rated Rosario as Mlb top prospect.

I understand prospects are not known quantities.

But it's an awful trade by any measurement. It has gotten progressively worse.

Going to be even better when they're packaging assets to Cano to get him off the books in 2021 when Wilpon has a couple down revenue years.

I thought defense was supposed to be Rosario's safety net too. He's legitimately terrible at SS.

Considering the internal scouting was wrong about Conforto/McNeil/Alonso I guess this was only natural too on the flip side.

Yeah That’s the odd part about Rosario. He was high up on a lot of prospect lists and his defense was raved about. Plus arm plus range, etc.

If he was a good defensive SS the bat wouldn’t be so bad. But he’s a liability out there.

Law is a condescending douche on Twitter who will block you if you correct him or disagree with him. He acts like his shit doesn't stink, never a fan of his.

Meh I don’t mind him. I’d be a dick after years of listening to fans whine that you hate their team bc you don’t value their prospects high enough.

Very underwhelmed with Encarnacion so far. He provides nothing that we don't already have in spades. He's basically Stanton with less strikeouts and a worse batting average.

Angels first home game since tyler skaggs passed...his mom threw out the first pitch and everyone on the team wore #45 skaggs jerseys. angels won 13-0 on a combined no-hitter. 1 walk away from a perfect game...

after the game the entire team went out and laid the 45 jerseys on the mound completely covering it..unreal moment

Really cool stuff. Can't predict baseball.

I don't think there's ever been a combined perfect game, but it seems to be a matter of time in today's game.
