I also think he needs to move on from NY for his own sake. Feels like he's passed his entire time here under a dark cloud.
It's really too bad because he's having a really good season behind the plate and if you look at his overall numbers to start his career they are pretty exemplary. But yeah, it almost seems like it's a foregone conclusion at this point based on everything that has transpired

In salary, not assets. Why did they give 7.5m to take on Encarnacion's contract but didn't bother to outbid Atlanta by a $1-2mil to secure Keuchel?
And for good reason, we have 3 better outfielders than him and a better DH now.

Hes 1 of the worst in all of baseball.It was mentioned during telecast few games ago-he was rated the worst in all of baseball this year.He's going to end up a future d.h..hes that bad.
Same thing with Andujar. For some reason, people still think these 2 have a lot of value though.

He's a terrible defender and his offense is absolutely nothing to build a statue for. At least Andujar can legit bang at the plate.

He's on pace for a nearly identical season as Andujar just had (~25 HR and 90 RBI)
