I cannot stress enough that in the year 2019 Jason Vargas threw a CGSO has a 3.59 ERA which is highest for starting pitchers on the Mets only behind deGrom and he looks like this

Hes fine as a 4th outfielder.He is forced to play every day because of injuries.His defense alone helps us out there(even though he bobbled that 1).Morales is just hot garbage at this point.agreed there.
