The main difference is the batting average. This wasn't exactly a guy hitting for contact in minors.

2016 and 2017 were the aberration. This is Gary Sanchez.

He had a .274 career batting average in the minors. He isn't a .186 hitter that he had last season lol.

Anyway, the season is still very young, so let's see how he does from here on out.
