Like anyone didn't expect that happen. It's almost as if it would have been surpising otherwise

I still love Judge.... Only player that consistently delivered

We had two rookies this season, Sanchez at half his potential and mediocre starting pitching and still did pretty well all things considered. I wouldn't be too comfortable if I was the Sox.
They'll be very comfortable until April at the very least. :)

So can we all rage about how the sox bought and juiced their way to a title?

In all seriousness, thats what happens when you don't prospect hug.

Bernie Williams was on Michael Kay show a day after the Yankees were eliminated. Was asked about what Judge did. He said he thought Judge was possibly feeling that win way too much.

Makes some some sense. Trolling when all you did was tie the series 1-1 made no sense. Very odd. It's something a fan would do.

What he did was impulsive for sure, and it was wrong.

The Sox responding was instinct as well and I understand that.

What they did last night was premeditated.

Tells me they were very annoyed with what he did. It was on their mind the rest of the playoffs. Which is pretty funny.

Notice after killing them at Fenway, Judge was shut down at YS? Which is unusual cause he always hits there. Seems like the RS clamped down and made a concerted effort after the trolling.
They did say after the series that weren't going to allow the Yankees to hit home-runs at YS. And they didn't...

I hope you aren't referring to the playing of Frank Sinatra....?

The Yankees came to closest of all the teams, to beating the RS. The RS were at their weakest during the division series. That series was right there to take. Too bad the Yankees are so un-clutch. Losing game one with all those miss opportunities changed that series. Stanton's AB with the bases loaded in the 7th and no one out, against a struggling pitcher, sticks out like a sore thumb.

See, nobody would mock the Rangers after winning the Cup because the Rangers are irrelevant. So I do take it as a compliment in a weird way.

That doesn't mean I'm gonna forget it. I can be AV-level petty.

I don't mind much what Judge did in and of itself. I actually love shit like that lol.

But maybe the timing should have been a bit better because the Red Sox absolutely humiliated them the next game.

BTW @Richard Banger, you're a good dude so don't take any of my beef with the Sox personally.

And congrats.
Your good.... I love the Sox but NYR will always be #1 in my life so I see you as a fellow Ranger fan first. So I overlook your beef with the Sox :). Carry on with your beef.

And thank you! I'm glad I have this to cling on to with this terrible NYR season happening.

I can't believe you didn't post this picture after Judge played that song my dude. I have to spoil it though. VERY GRAPHIC for NYY fans.

Those Machado and Harper projections are f***ing insane. MLBTR is very good with predicting this sort of stuff but im taking a very easy under on both. It's gonna be a crazy offseason.

I don't think Harper or Machado get 13/14 year deals. Stanton was 2 years younger when he got a 13 year deal.

Stanton's deal takes him to Age 38. Machado and Harper would get taken to Ages 39 and 40 respectively. At that point, your way past prime years anyway. What's another year or 2 I guess if that's what it takes....

Pujols' deal ends when he's 41 although he signed it at 31.

I would imagine a team getting a lot more prime years out of Manny/Bryce.

Pujols was clearly declining when he signed with the Angels and his tenure with them has given them a pretty underwhelming if not outright negative return.
