Dragging out these playoffs is annoying. Just play the damn games and get it over. It’s Mickey Mouse operations by a Mickey Mouse League leadership. Then they wonder why they’re a third rate sport with low viewership on channels that many can’t find.
TPTB in this game probably think that stretching out things creates suspense. It doesn’t. It breeds apathy. What is compelling to watch a series between teams in non hockey markets with few attention getting stars?

Blame the NBA, not the NHL. NBA decided they needed to have 3 days between games
 
I bet now we hear about how he leans on veterans, and he will support this with zero-context average ages while ignoring what actually happened.

If Torts is a "dino," Lavi certainly is. Retread city, goose and gander.
Lavi lasted three years in Washington, 2 1st rd exits and then missed the playoffs and finished only 5 points ahead of the Flyers.

They have to schedule around the NBA playoffs, which are also in Miami this season.
