FYI, Jack Todd was born, bred, raised and educated through college, in Nebraska (U. of Nebraska, men's track team), and did a tour of duty with the U.S. military in Vietnam. You can't get more American than Jack Todd. Full disclosure: I know Jack a little and he's a great guy.

Tour of duty? Jack Todd came to Canada as a conscientious objector / draft dodger (choose your preferred term) just before being deployed to Vietnam.
