I always said Ghost was basically the defensemen version of Giroux, so it's fitting that each of them are so clearly outplaying the dumb empty headed trash that each was traded for.

Tippett's contract is just fine, with a rising cap, forwards who score 25-30 goals a year will be getting more than that in a couple years. Contracts were suppressed by a flat cap the last three years, look for them to take off the next couple years.
