NJ desperately needs their goalies to make some saves. They’re chasing games constantly because of that.

Daws is a -2.9 GSAE today which is in line with their season at that position.

I thought NJ had the worst goaltending in the league by the numbers (it’s still not good & the second worst) but Ottawa is running away with that title. Their goalies have been brutal this year by the numbers to a man.

Weird how these very negative complainers never notice that the people they complain about strongly tend to be right. So they aren't negative for no reason, they're providing well reasoned observations.

It was Larry Robinson they named interim coach on March 23, 2000 to replace Robbie Ftorek. The Devils went on to win the Cup that year.

So they have done it before. Wouldn't expect them to this year, but Ruff definitely isn't getting the most out of that roster.

He was good with Columbus/LA last year but otherwise has been up & down which isn’t too uncommon with goaltending.
