He's getting 3 million bucks to play, and money is extremely cool.

Would be surprised if he gets another contract though.
He got a bad cut on his leg in 2017 where I don’t know if the true nature was ever revealed, but he was never the same.

It's actually vastly, vastly worse to drive to Potomac Yard than it is to drive to Chinatown. I'd hate to compete with 10,000 extra cars trying to navigate US-1. Guess I'll be taking the Metro to games.

Speaking of this, I ought to get The Child to a Caps game. She would probably enjoy it

It's not saying much, but I feel like the metro is one of the better transit systems in the US. I just remember going to hockey tournaments in DC when I was younger and it seemed like it was pretty easy to navigate but I was young and knew nothing

Hey guys, sorry if this is the wrong spot for trade proposals. I was just wondering if there’s any world where the Flyers would consider moving Couturier and/or Sanheim to Colorado?

You're a season too late, last year you could have had both for peanuts. Now the Flyers brass think their rebuild is complete and are all in on contending.

Yeah that’s fair, especially with how well both have played.

I wasn’t really sure where thing stood there. Obviously this years flyers look a lot better than last years, but I wasn’t sure if it was a re-tool, rebuild or if you guys were going back to trying to compete.

It's all of the above. They say it's a rebuild but in reality it's a retool and they're trying to compete. That's what the Flyers organization thinks that a rebuild is.

They got Michkov and Gauthier, the job is done.

Wasn’t sure if a Byram trade might fit into things for the re-tool/rebuild especially given the respective teams windows.

Also since I haven’t been around Flyers board much.. How the f*** did you guys land Michkov!? Let’s hope he’s as good as he appears to be. I don’t think it’s crazy for him to compete for the best player in the draft. Is this board as hyped about him as I am?
