Yes, who knew that aging players not only decline, but tend to get injured more than younger players? The Foligno extension continues to be a massive whiff, but in Guerin's defense, who could have predicted that?

Not something that I think you can really predict. How would you even take into account the intangibles. Stuff like locker room leadership , pranks etc etc.Yes, who knew that aging players not only decline, but tend to get injured more than younger players?
There is no more tank dude , the team should have been tanking months ago. Not pumping themselves up for beating on Anaheim and San JoseFully on the tank bandwagon now. For a team that’s pretty much had $23M in dead cap the entire season, they did well.
Think next season is gonna be a fun one.
You don’t think the team could potentially fall lower than any team below them? There is no more tank dude , the team should have been tanking months ago. Not pumping themselves up for beating on Anaheim and San Jose
Realistically maybe 1 spot. If I had to place a bet I’d say we end up 14th because MinnesotaYou don’t think the team could potentially fall lower than any team below them?
Got any names for us?Gonna be funny when 3 of the “consensus” top 10 are there at 14.
Not particularly, though Helenius is somebody I wouldn't be surprised.Got any names for us?
I wasn’t impressed with anything I’ve seen from Helenius but scouts seem to like him. I fear that’s based on him having good size though and a semi Stramel situation but obviously more skilledNot particularly, though Helenius is somebody I wouldn't be surprised.
Mainly just banking on NHL teams doing odd things at the top half of the draft, as 2-3 seemingly always do.

Eliteprospects.com has 5'11" 181 lbs. If he's 6'0" 200lbs, that's pretty average height, but good weight.Report I just read said 6’ and 200
I just meant he’s being given some credit for playing against men when he’s young and his size has allowed that more than his game. Stramel stood out early in his career because of his size more than his game. I meant no other comparison in their games.Eliteprospects.com has 5'11" 181 lbs. Whatever his size, and with the disclaimer that I know Liiga isn't as good as it used to be, his production this season was really good, and continued in the playoffs. I won't speak more about his game because I'd be doing so ignorantly, but I don't understand the Stramel comparison. If you could clarify, I'd listen.
He's nothing at all like Stramel...nothing. I would liken him to Catton, Aho, or RNH. Skilled, good skater, smart, average size and strength at best.I wasn’t impressed with anything I’ve seen from Helenius but scouts seem to like him. He wasn’t impressive at the WJC, but we can’t be picky if we’re picking middle of 1stHe's nothing at all like Stramel...nothing. I would liken him to Catton, Aho, or RNH. Skilled, good skater, smart, average size and strength at best.
I would be happy with nabbing Helenius at #15.
I want MBN simply because the Wild I don't think has ever had a three-named player
