Iowa finishes the season with a whimper, not a bang. 6-1 loss. Beckman from Chaffee and Addison on the PP. Vintage Beckman wrist shot for 35 ' out.

Khovanov as one of the middle-6 centers. If he learns from his mistakes and acts like a pro hockey player this offseason.

They'll probably sprinkle in a few more older guys to balance out the roster.

You're right, Khovanov has one more year on his contract. He barely played this year. He looks decent(not great), but there has to be something going on with this guy. I think he will be moved to another team, but who knows? I have very little hope for him turning out to be anything.

Agreed with the older guys, though at this point, Shaw, Rau, Mermis, and maybe even Addison qualify. Maybe Stevens up front, and one or two of Lizotte, Czuzman, Hicketts.
